By engaging TASTAHEL Business Services LLC ("TASTAHEL", "we", "us" or "our") or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

TASTAHEL provides business consultancy, company formation, visa and residency documentation, Emirates ID and medical processing, Dubai Court documentation and document attestation services in the United Arab Emirates.

We act as a service and documentation intermediary. Final approval and issuance of licences, visas and documents rests with the relevant government and regulatory authorities.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents required for your applications, and to inform us promptly of any changes.

You are responsible for ensuring that the activities you intend to undertake are lawful and permissible under the relevant UAE authorities. We may decline to act where information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent with applicable requirements.

Fees for our services will be communicated to you before work begins. Government, authority and third-party charges are additional and passed on at cost unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are due as agreed in the engagement. Where a service is cancelled after work has commenced, charges for work already performed may still apply.

Processing times shown are estimates. Delays can arise from government authorities, public holidays and incomplete documentation. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.

We will keep the information you share with us confidential and use it solely to provide the services you have engaged us for, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TASTAHEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The content, branding and design of this website belong to TASTAHEL and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice in writing. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services already performed and for third-party charges incurred on your behalf.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
